Doye Ogionwo – Director
Doye Ogionwo has more than 10 years experience in corporate
finance, new business development and general management in
both the financial services and energy industries. He is
currently a Director of RERWOD Holdings Limited.
Prior to joining RERWOD Holdings, Mr. Ogionwo was a Director
with the financial services firm Charles Schwab & Co.
While at Schwab, he advised on investment opportunities in the
financial services & technology sectors, and worked on several
transactions to build Schwab’s business offerings. He also
served as the CFO for several start-up businesses within Schwab.
Mr. Ogionwo has worked with several large companies in North
America and Nigeria, such as State Street Global Advisors and
Exxon-Mobil. He has also advised several start-ups in North
America, Europe and Africa.
Mr. Ogionwo holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a
BS in Computer Science from the University of Lagos. He serves
on the advisory boards of several Nigerian and foreign companies.
